a very good hotel with great facilities. But too bad; service is terrible, maintenance is poor, food is below average, and facilities are degrading. This hotel needs proper management or it will become worse and worse.

i Went there it was very Magic Place and every Thing is beatiful. The room and furniture very clean .the place was quite good for relaxing and refresh your mind.my children was very happy with our friends all the day play play play and of course swimming in the pool

Although all the bad reviews about check in time i didnt have this problem, but i found others visitor suffering from this problem .i took basic villa for 2 night i found it clean and fully equiped and i had a nice time the only problem is the beach .overall it was nice peaceful trip

Good experience to have in a wonderful place that is less than two hours driving from Cairo where you can relax in a quite place and nice rooms. Enjoy the amazing sea view, the heated pool and the superior service provided by experienced staff members. Cancoun is for sure a good choice.

Wonderfull experiance in villa with private pool is suitable for honey moon i'll go again ISA , but it will be more comfortable if we have heated pool many thanks for this gr8 experiance .... Dining need more varaity but over all ....... I was so happy ......
