we ve been to this fantastic hotel twice and i would never say no to going again! yes it is very expensive but i suppose u know it before you go. just relax, relax, relax and enjoy the pampering! staff is cool and friendly. food is heavenly!! costa smeralda is all about good life.

This hotel is VERY tired. Dire need of refurbishment. The pool is NOT usable unless you prefer to swim in a sea if ice cubes. Food is awful and the service is lack luster. They advertise a Spa however it is "obviously empty". I would certainly not elect to stay here in the future.
