Arrived,no reception staff/concierge. Keys with names and hotel room number on tags in very small lobby. Interior decorations worse I have seen even worse than in Social Housing. No telephone in room and no reception staff - how can you summon help if needed? This is a very unsafe place. 14 double rooms therefore potentially 28 people if full occupancy...
