We did not have to check out at 12, we could cancel a booked night without problems (because our plans had changed) and greg made us excellent breakfast. Nice and cozy place. It's not a place for people who like luxury and complain for the smallest thing. We had a great time though enjoying every minute there! Greg and Nancy were amazing and willing to help anytime we needed something.
