We went to this hotel on holiday and loved every part of it. Friendly staff, very nice rooms, super food and a perfect pool area. Especially the animation team was very good with lots of games and fun. Hopefully we will be back next year.
Do not go to this hotel if you are English as none of the staff or people in this resort speak English - they only speak German as this is a German resort - of which we were not aware until we arrived at the Grand Hotel Artside. It transpired that we were the only English family in a hotel...

Fantastic time, recomend to everyone. A mix of cultures (mainly English) very good for kids and alot to do for adults aswell.
