This was my 3rd stay here. Great location for my purposes but a bit far from Perugia. Rooms are very well presented though a little small. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Wifi only available in the foyer though
The carpets in the delux room were dirty, with marks of all last year guests.
I didn't feel comfortable to walk w/ bare foot on it... (like I did in only 3 stars hotel).
The main advantage of the pool is the picture on this site :-) ... :-(
Breakfast was poor for a 4 stars hotel.
Location is good...

We were going to stay at this hotel just one night; we ended up staying there the entire week. The atmosphere, service, attitude of staff, location, room-size, bathroom, convenience - all made it a terrific experience. It is an excellent hub for day trips all over Umbria: 10 minutes to Perugia; 15 mintues to Assisi; 30 minutes to Todi; 50...

Very convenience, close to the town and easy to go other cities.
Wonderful Hotel with excelent service and facilities. Big rooms with clean bathrooms, and a big parking place. Easy and close to the old city with around 10 minutes travel. Nice and friendly staffs with outstanding servicies. Thanks to the hotel manager who provided all needed information, we had a very good impression of Italy Hotels!

Another pool rule is not more than 10 people @ the same time, even though no one ever said anything! If you have no car the positioning of the hotel is...

We stayed here for 2 nights with 2 children (aged 4 and 8) in one of their suites. The children each had their own single bed in the room, which was heaven sent for us as our kids don't sleep in the same bed very successfully. The hotel is not in the old town of Perugia, but down the hill...

Why? Because I flew in with a bike box, late at night...needed a shuttle...there was one waiting for me, no prior arrangement. Because when I left I needed to store my bike box as I was going to cycle to Tuscany...they stored it for me...no charge. Laura, one of the managers, would not even accept any payment from me. Because...
