been there for business, good staff, good breakfast, and clean rooms, close to the bus stand, wifi never worked, lame excuses,they claim to have free wifi,, but when i traveled i did not get it..so please check,,the Internet details are often disappointing. very bad approach road to the hotel, overall an average hotel.

Stayed at karthik for 2 nights. the bathrooms aren't great and there is a general lack of maintenance. the staff are very helpful and courteous which strangely masks a lot of the negative aspects of the hotel. stay here if your on a budget or don't get accommodation anywhere else.

The rooms are certainly a decent size and the staff are very helpful. Its situated very close to Hospet Bus Stand; max 500 meters. Offer parking place. Good sized rooms. Taking price into consideration, its a very good option.
