No hot water( used a kettle to get hot water), broken bed, unclean bathroom, terrible service, door to room didn't lock, very cold and had a damp smell !! The hotel has not been maintained for some time. The service was terrible and ended up walking out after 30 mins waiting for my breakfast! The pillow in the room was dirty and the toilet was not fixed to the wall. I will end on saying that a hotel inspector should have a visit!
