  "We stayed in Muddifords Country House on the 3rd and 4th of May 2013. By far this is the best place we have ever stayed, we didn't want to leave. We were there for a friends wedding and were luckily enough to stay at the venue in the "apple" room. The decor in the room and house in general was..." impeccable. You can tell a lot of thought has been put into every part of the buildings. Pip and Nicky were amazing hosts, not just the type that are there to assist with whatever you need, but the type of people that you want to have a drink with in the evening. They couldn't have done any more for us. Breakfast both mornings were reasonably priced and amazing quality.   "Perfect peace and quiet"
  "We stayed five nights at Langford Court North, many thanks to our daughter for finding it for us! We travelled down for her wedding in nearby Cullompton - so this was a very busy few days. We were grateful for the very calm, restful atmosphere of this lovely house. We had a bit of fun finding it, ..."the SatNav took us on a scenic trail through various farm yards and along dirt tracks. Entirely unnecessary, it's actually along just a short lane from the road once you know. We had the family room, which is really a suite - two rooms plus a full bathroom. There was space to fit a decent sized flat in the accommodation we had! All beautifully furnished and very comfortable, with comfy beds, big bath-wraps, nice toiletries and wonderful views over the gardens and lake.   "If you want a break from everyday life book a Blackdown Yurt. Six of us booked 2 nights as it was our first yurting holiday so we thought we would see how we enjoyed it. It was fantastic the owners Peter and Jaz couldn't do enough for you....even lighting our log burners for us whilst we had dinner..." in the pub ! The scenery is spectacular,waking up to no noise except the birds singing and beautiful views for as far as you can see. There are plenty of pubs that do amazing food and wine at a very reasonable price. The cycling is great ...but beware the are lots of hills. All in all a truly memorable couple of days.
