  "Stayed here for a couple of nights when touring Sardinia in August. This place is not easy to find so make sure you get good directions. Once there, the hotel is set out like a ranch. The rooms are clean, spacious and airy and the aircon was wonderful in the heat of summer. We ate in the r..."estaurant the first night, the food was ok but nothing spectacular. Breakfast was typical buffet style, bread and cakes with amazing coffee. There is a small, usually deserted pool which is ideal for cooling off at the end of the day. Only downside (not that it was a problem) was that none of the staff appeared to speak English. The manageress spoke only Italian or so we thought until we heard her speak English to some German guests - strange! Also, the staff congregated on the patio in the evenings which was great for a chat, but as we were non smokers and they were chain smoking until the early hours, it wasn't exactly pleasant.   "What a magnificent countryside"
  "I chose the location 'cause it was inland but very close to the coast (15') and I've enjoyed the countryside (trekking, archeological sites, hunting) and some laziness on the beach (eastern coast is wonderful but mostly not organized: remember to bring water and food with you!). The hotel (sort of) ..."had large rooms with brand new furniture, exstensive grounds with wild goats (!), small swimmingpools (for children?), a very good restaurant with typical cuisine, but staff could only speak Italian: my English friends were disappointed but got understood anyway!!!! Ideal for excursions or relaxing short breaks, very quiet and seclusive, my girlfriend found it romantic and cosy (mobiles don't work!!) and I enjoyed the wilderness. Car/motorbike necessary. " More >
