Lockers are very convenient. Kids outdoor play area is just 10m from the door. Nice onsen overlooking the slopes-relaxing at night. Also a Jacuzzi area where you where bathing suits. You are supposed to pay extra for but hardly anyone does. Not the most challenging mountain in Hakuba, but you can get a combined ticket that lets you ski to Cortina. I enjoy the ease at which to get on the snow each morning and was treated to first line many a mornings. Its receive the best falls each time it snows in the Valley. The Onsen is fitted out with waterfalls and dry and steam saunas. Also has a cold plunge pool. There is over 200 staff and i would like to mention a special thanks to the one th service my stay.
