  "We were incredibly fortunate to find our way to Laide, Scotlandand then to this fabulous B&B high up in the hills above the little village. Our hosts, Stephen and Janice immediately greeted us warmly and then showed us to the most spacious, beautiful room with views in three directions. The bed wa..."s huge and extremely comfortable and the bathroom was equally spacious. We were also fortunate to be there in mid-late April when lambing season was in full bloom. At night we saw new lambs in the fields around our room and could watch the babies quickly recover and begin the process of increasing the flock. A very exciting time. Stephen and Janice are turning this historic home (his grandfather's) into an even more beautiful, welcoming place ..preciaely matching their attitude toward their guests.   "B&B is placed near the small village Laide at the west seacoast with a lot of stunning views. There is also a wide choise of interseting and very nice places to visit nearby. House wasn't as quiet as other B&Bs where I stayed before but on the other side it offered a much more homely atmosfere. Host..."s Janice and Stephen are very pleasant and Stephen's brekafests was very tasty every day. My double room was really big, nice and clean and it has attached the huge bathroom - larger than rooms in some others B&B :-)) There was only one uncomfortable detail, namely not very tasty water from piping, I rather bought a big bottle of mineral water in a store and refill may water bag from it. You can buy food or get dinners in near Aultbea willage. I can recommend this B&B to all. " More >
