The furniture inside the room is mostly plastic and looks fragile, but one shouldn't expect much luxury for that price, which is more than reasonable (€17 per person per night in a double room). The bathroom is very small and cramped; feels like a portable toilet. As for the breakfast, we came too late in the morning and there was hardly any food left in the self-service buffet, while most of the tables still hadn't been tidied up after the previous guests had finished eating.   "We found this hotel on the outskirts of Budapest on an industrial complex. We were wanting an overnight stop on the way to Bulgaria. There were 2 hotels having a sign saying 18Euros a night. As we were travelling through we didn't want to keep changing money to local currencies, in this case Hungari..."an Forints, so although looking "basic" this fitted the bill. The receptionist asked for payment at this point and asked if we could try to take breakfast before 9:30 as there was an Art Class booked in for the morning. The breakfast was a surprisingly good "continental" offering for the price. For an overnight stop this hotel was fine unless you want all the trimmings (but then you would pay much more).
