  "My family is looking for a resort not so far away in Manila but still surrounded by trees, nature and not a concrete jungle.Fortunately, I saw their offer in one of the discount website but did not avail the overnight stay but instead I called their Manila office to reserved a cottage for day tour. ..."They were very accommodating. Just 1 1/2 hours drive from Makati, we reached the resort, we were pleased by how we are handled by the staff. they brought us in our place and assisted us well. The view from the resort is nice, overlooking Laguna bay and Mt. Makiling. I love their hot springs pool and cold pools it's chlorine free, they have life guard and utilities that removes the dried leaves in their pools every now and then. It's windy and not so hot if you are on top of the mountain. very relaxing indeed. The rest room and shower room are clean. we brought our own foods and they charged us a minimal corkage fee.   "I did my research before coming to Calamba and this is the best I found on the internet. The location gives you the perfect view of the Laguna Lake and Mt. Makiling on the other side of the resort. We were able to avail the Family Jam Package. It costs 999/person for an overnight stay in a Caban..."a Suite with a set dinner. We stayed at Cabana 4. It has 2 queen size beds, small dining table, an indoor jacuzi, tv, microwave, ref, and a ricecooker. Outside is your own barbecue grill and another table and chairs. Perfect! 5/5 The staff are very nice and friendly! Everyone from the security guard to the food server at the restaurant. They are very attentive to our requests and queries. Again, perfect! 5/5 The dinner that is included is a set meal, with soup, and fuits for dessert. We had breakfast there also. The food is so-so, and there is no much choices.   "We were welcomed with nice smiles and warm/friendly staff. Yes the hotel is tired looking, but the pools are lovely and the family stayed in them until almost 11pm.
