The food in the restaurant was consistently good - definitely the best of those we tried - the barbecued fish - eaten at a table on the beach in the moonlight - was excellent! Our bungalow was roomy, comfortable and clean and I loved being able to take a 30 second walk for my morning swim! Phuong Binh offers brilliant value, as the best restaurant on the beach is right here on site, and water and beer at the bar cost the same as in the roadside shops. So you really don't have to go a..."nywhere, and I didn't :) The bungallows are airy and clean, and the place is 100% safe, with the small local dogs standing guard at night:) The mosquitoes are there, but it's much less of a problem with the breeze constantly blowing along the shore. There's internet access in the rooms, and a generator is turned on every time the power goes down. No problem with bathrooms and water supply. But the real attraction of this place is the family that runs it. Bic, Ngo and all the others are super-friendly, always ready to help with anything, making you really feel at home.
