The food was typical mediterranean with plenty of variety and the drinks in the deal were all good local stuff and plenty of choice This hotel is at a fabulous location with a beautiful view along the beach with fantastic sunsets over the sea. The place is peaceful and a wonderful place to wind down and relax. We have only ever stayed here during May or September so can't really comment on how busy it is in high summer. The village itself is a good downhill walk but a long slog uphill so people with walking difficulties should avoid as there are also a lot of stairs at the hotel and down to ... " More >

  "We recently visited Corfu and stayed at Sebastians Family Taverna .We had a really restful time there .The ensuite room was perfect,very comfortable bed, air conditioning available if needed, good sized fridge and the bathroom was lovely with the best shower ever. Add to that, great hospitality and ..."service from all the family and staff and beautiful surroundings, spring flowers blooming all around the taverna and great food at a very reasonable cost and you can see why we loved it!The weather was perfect ,22 to 24 degrees every day. Agios Gordios itself was quiet as the season was just starting.We found everyone to be so friendly and nice .The beach is about 5 minutes or less walk away from the Taverna and we swam every day.We hired a car and drove around the island finding very many beautiful places to visit,Corfu town is especially worth a visit.Thanks to Theresa, Sebastian and all for making our holiday so enjoyable.
