  "We recently returned from our 8th trip to an Excellence Resort & our 5th visit to EPM. Our friends think we're crazy to keep returning to the same resort! But when they come with us they get it! Now we may have a whole entourage going back in Sept.! Virginia does such an amazing job of fine tuning ..."the level of service and her expectations with the staff. We really look forward to seeing so many of the staff on our return visits as they are what set this resort apart from so many others. Mariana is always around taking notes and darting off to see to that all the guest details are taken care of! Jessie checked in with us each day to make sure our stay was wonderful. And it was truly wonderful again. Sweet Maria at the EC beach took great care of us each day! Love her! My only wish would be that there would be a way to limit large groups as they do seem to take over the pool areas. But, hey there's always the beach to go to! Until our next trip............ " More >

Escorted to our swim up room (2005) which was simply amazing. (I had emailed the hotel a few days prior to our arrival informing them of my wife's birthday on our arrival date; the room which is quite spectacular anyway had been decorated and champagne and cake placed in the lounge area.) Beds are very comfortable if rather high due to having two mattresses. There is nothing to complain about regarding these rooms, they are spacious clean and very comfortable. A swim up was well worth any extra. the room bar is stocked daily and if you want something different just ask. Food.. There are numerous choices of eateries and much is made of the quality. A...   "There is really little more that I can add to a resort that has gained close to three thousand, five star reviews in less than five years but, because of the truly wonderful welcome, care and friendliness we enjoyed we feel that we must inform every one of our experience. As my wife had a recent ..."spinal operation I had emailed a few weeks ahead informing the resort of this and, asking if they could make this trip even more special. I was hoping for nothing more than a decorated room but what we experienced exceeded that by a long, long way. A few months earlier than that, I had emailed asking if it were possible to be accommodated in building 7B. We had previously stayed at ERC on four occasions and had trepidations regarding trying EPM, after all, what could be better than ERC? We arrived about 6p.m. on 02 May for fourteen nights and were swiftly shown to our room, 7321 in Building 7B.
