Maintenance was there within 10 minutes to fix it and fixed it on the first visit. Our room service staff were terrific. Everyone was cheerful and pleasant. The Hotel Restaurant is its only downfall. Portions are small and prices are high. We walked the short distance to the Market and purchased some food to keep in our refrigerator. There are restaurants next door, but they too were very pricey. Found better quality food in Hamiton, St. George and The Dockyards. SO save appetite for then. The Beach was beautiful. The sand so soft..Chairs and umbrellas set up..Elbow Beach is right next door, but why go there when it's the same water and beach (haha) P... " More >

  "We were day users and did not stay in a room overnight, so I cannot comment on the hotel rooms. What a perfect property. When we walked through the spacious lobby down through the pool area (very nice) to the beach we knew we hit the jackpot. Found some comfy chairs and enjoyed the gorgeous vie..."w. I can still picture us lounging on the chairs overlooking the pristine beach and lovely water. There are bathrooms near the pool and beach, and also an indoor and outdoor shower. We did have lunch and thought it was very good. Even the rolls were tasty! I thought this place was great--in fact our one day turned into coming back one more time before our ship left Bermuda.
