The house is amazingly beautiful and so many items are included with house that you don't get elsewhere - all beach equipment (snorkels, coolers, chairs, towels, life vests, floats, some kid sand toys we saw too), kayaks, hot tub, hammock, kitchen equipment, Wi-Fi, etc. There is also a communal atmosphere among the renters - leave a penny take a penny kind of thing - we left books, sunscreen, some pantry items, and booze that we had no room for in our suitcases and used some of the items left by people before us. Needless to say, we were not disappointed. We stayed in the villa and it was beautiful and so relaxing.
