Everything about the hotel, the room...", the facilities and linen are of highest standard; fresh, clean and inviting. Breakfast is varied, and sufficient for "break...fast". I recommend Le Giare Hotel as a base to explore nearby Mount Etna, local wineries, and Taormina and the Giardini Naxos: the hotel being a quiet refuge after a busy day sightseeing.
