It did take a while for the food order to be taken but when the food came it was worth waiting for- really well presented with Poussins on large wooden platters along with very chunky chips and nice vegetables/salad. The ploughmans was huge' fish & chips good and the vegetarian dish was also good. Really enjoyable. No deserts but coffees ordered and that was the big disappointment - served in a cafetiere but tasted like a weak instant coffee. Not what you would expect here.
