One thing I did not like is that I realized that some rooms in the hotel have a Keurig coffee maker and some do not. Mine did not. I think if you are going to provide coffee makers, you provide coffee makers for all rooms. I would have really liked to have one. Also, there are no elevators, so it was a long heavy trek to my room on the third floor. The front desk staff do help with luggage, but since they were both petite girls I did not feel right asking them to carry my heavy suitcase.
