  "I tried reserving a room online the evening before my arrival, but the website told me that there were NO VACANCIES available of my choice of room or expected dates of stay (May 7th - 11th). So I called the 1-800 Toll-Free number & the front desk informed me there were plenty choices for me to pick...." So I reserved a King Room on the main level facing away from all highway traffic and received it at a Corporate Rate Discount, 4 nights with a private Jacuzzi, fridge, microwave, bar sink, coffee maker, full bath, electric fireplace, track lighting + at least another dozen lamps/lighting to set any mood, King-size bed w. 4 large pillows, 2 double large windows facing the woods, thermostatically controlled heating/air conditioning, free wireless internet/iPhone Wi-Fi, + hotel amenities include exercise room, coin laundry service, meeting rooms & hot tub/Jacuzzi for larger clientele use!   "We visited Old entrance as a family group. We greatly enjoyed the rustic and remote feel of this river side site. We also appreciated the no nonsense hospitality if you needed advice you just had to ask other than this you were left alone to enjoy the environment. We stayed in the white cabin it ..."was perfect for our needs clean warm and roomy. We even slept with the curtains open as the night sky was quite something. We did a wonderful 3 hour horse trek a first for me again there was none of the softly softly approach, it was a great experience in real Alberta country, off the beaten tourist trail with real people.! The internet was slow but it meant skyping home while sitting on the lawn listening to the river and wolf howl.! In one day we did a drive and saw a black bear, mountain goat, elk, deer, squirrel all within a short drive of this great place. All in all a dam good stay, would i return you bet.! " More >
