  "We stayed 3 nights in this hotel as a couple after I had spent the previous 3 nights in the InterCity Hotel nearby on business. This hotel was the complete opposite of an anonymous business hotel. We felt that we got to know the family/staff individually in a short period. Everyone was friendly and ..."we felt very comfortable with them. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are well cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast was also excellent. Our room (202) was very spacious and had a very comfortable bed - unlike many hotels in this price bracket. The location 25 metres from the main street into the heart of Nuremberg, 5mins walk from the central square, is also perfect for tourists. The minor drawbacks that may make this hotel not suitable for every traveller are that there are lap dancing bars further up the other side of the street (although the street still feels very safe and normal), the elevator is small & there is no AC for summer visitors.   "We spent 3 nights in Nuremberg and stayed at NH Nurnberg City. The hotel is just a 5 minutes walk by foot from the train station. Another 5 minutes walk, and you're at the entrance to the old town. The hotel receptionist during our check-in was very friendly, a nice touch after a long flight. The ho..."tel rooms are okay - pleasant, clean with a few minor details to be highlighted. We booked 2 standard rooms, one of it has an electric kettle for tea/coffee whilst the other room did not. One room faced the street side (but it wasn't noisy) whilst the other one faced the courtyard. No free WLAN in the rooms - only via LAN cable (which can be borrowed from the reception), but internet speed is not the fastest. This is probably more of a business hotel (for conferences), breakfast was a bit pricey, so we did not have breakfast in the hotel (german backeries like der Beck or Casa Pane which offers breakfast set are just around the corner).
