  "My husband and I stayed here for three nights during our honeymoon earlier this month. We stayed in room 2 (the "yellow" room) with a big bathroom with jacuzzi tub and a walk in closet. The room was lovely, as was the roof top terrace. The best part of this hotel, however, was the customer service. ..."At one point, we asked for an iron and were brought the personal iron and ironing board from the man who worked at the hotel. Very accommodating! Hotel is in prime location to many sites, which is very helpful. My only concern was that you could hear other people in the hotel if they were being loud and when they were on the stairs - not too bad, but something to note. Would stay here again and would recommend for a trip in Rome. " More >

  "My 5th time in this lovely hotel. I've been visiting Rome for 40 years and always in different hotels looking for one I would want to return to. And then I found Albergo Abruzzi and would not wnat to stay anywhere else in future. Great location as all the reviewers say Wonderful view if you have (..."and pay for) Pantheon view. Lovely firm bed, Clean bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast at the caffe across the square is the standard offering (great if you like pastries for breakfast) but raised way aboe average by being able to sit outside and enjoy the (early) morning activity in the square before it gets overrun by tourists. I can't think why anyone would stay anywhere else. " More >

  "An inside room is quiet and dark enough to allow a great nights sleep. You'll need the spare pillow from the closet as the one on the bed is not enough. The free minibar is a great touch and restocked daily. The rooftop bar is not to be missed, great for an afternoon drink between touring and headin..."g out again for dining. Staff are friendly and helpful. Once you have your bearings it's a good location for getting to all the major sights. All the central tourist spots are within 10-15 minutes walk. We even managed to walk to the Vatican from here in 40 minutes! Would definitely recommend. " More >
