  "We drove to this hotel from England, having booked months ahead and achieved a discount for an early booking (direct with the hotel). We booked a superior room, but were upgraded on arrival to a deluxe room, which had magnificent views of the surrounding countryside looking away from Siena. The breakfast buffet was a good selection, however I don't each much more than cereal, but the staff were obliging in bringing me cappuccino freshly made with soya milk and bananas. I could suggest that if you prefer to avoid crowds at meal times to utilise the dining room on 4th floor for breakfast - it has the same food selection but is much quieter. We appreciated the hotel's position in a quiet part of town, that attracts relatively less tourists but is still close enough to walk to everything, if you don't mind hills.
