The service of the Hotel was very good and most of all the employees of the hotel is really helpful with their big friendly smile. The front side rooms are very good & having the view of Alps. I arrived quite early after being on a night train, its a short walk from the station through the..." town, no challenge at all and impressive scenery to keep you occupied during the walk. I got a warm welcome from the guys behind the desk and some great information about what to do and where to go in Chur. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable with nice linen/blankets. If you like sports then you are in luck as the hostel has a cracking sports bar within it, with some good beers on tap as well. The pension is placed on a steep hill which can make it a bit difficult for some people to get there, but the view is fantastic and when we opened the window in our room we could hear the sounds of the little stream just outside. The hotel feels a bit unpersonal, there is no genuine touch to it, and we can imagine that it's often used for business trips.
