We arrived at noon, of course our rooms weren't ready yet, but we could drop our baggage in a room next to the reception. We didn't need much assistance (I speak italian and we already knew the walk we wanted to do up in the mountains), but I' m sure the hotel staff would also be helpful with advice and recommendations.   "The room accommodated four people with ease, it was spacious and had a balcony with mountain views. The breakfast room also had great lake and mountain views, and the whole hotel had a great sixties design vibe to it. The plumbing in other rooms was a little noisy, although the people weren't."
