Due to prices of rooms, we did not want to get two separate rooms, so we got a double/double room. The bathroom was spacious, with an actual shower curtain (other hotels on this trip had inadequate panes of glass or nothing at all). We initially liked that the light in the bathroom was on a motion sensor, until we took a shower and it turned off in the middle of the shower and you had to stick your hand out and wave it around to get the light to turn back on - and until I got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and the light automatically turned on, blasting light into the dark room.   "We booked this hotel some months before we traveled and the price was very competitive. The room opened on to a balcony that had a view of the fountains of the covered area which housed the restaurant and play area etc. Very nice to look at with tropical palms and water features. Room very spacious ..."good big bath and 2 double beds. Mini bar not used but there if you require it..and pay the prices asked! We hired bikes at a very reasonable rate to ride in to the city from the hotel as it's about a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by bike. Small swimming pool lots of kids the day we stayed. Be advised naked person in sauna if you have kids watch for this if it bothers you. Breakfast was not in our rate and was quite pricey so we went to Maccydees round the corner on foot " More >
