The staff were completely lovely and helpful the entire stay, and the hotel did what we needed it to do. It is one of those places that offers plenty of extras all for a fee, and I felt I had to be careful on that score. There wasn't even free coffee in the room, but rather a machine in the hall that served it for 1 euro. The lobby is quite lovely, which is the part of the hotel in the old (as in 1907) castle, and I thought the Finnish designs on the ceiling were a nice touch. The hotel bar, is small and cosy as well.
