The dining area is really large and the breakfast was incredible. The best I have had in all of Nicaragua. It was Huge! You just told them what time you wanted it and when you showed up it was ready and waiting. There was hot water for the showers, you just needed to let them know when you wanted to use it so they could heat it up for you. The grounds are immaculate and there is always a light breeze. This is not a typical hotel, it is more like a large bed and breakfast. The rooms vary in size from single to family rooms. Each is decorated differently than the next. They all have hot water (which is not typical in Nicaragua) and lovely sitting areas outside most rooms. The staff is very accomodating and the owners are bilingual which is very beneficial for many visiting from North America.
