  "Myself and five other adults travelling from the UK stayed here for 3 nights in Sept 2011. Prior to arriving I contacted the Hotel several times with all my enquires answered quickly We arrived at the Hotel at around one o'clock with all our rooms ready and waiting for us. The rooms were all ..."individual and extremly comfortable. We ate at the hotel every night of our stay. We didn't plan it this way, however, after tasting the quality of Michaels creations (surprise menu) we decided that we would make reservations in the restaurant for every night. All the food at the hotel was a bit special. Firstly Freds breakfast in the morning was faultless. We are all going to miss his freshly baked bread. Michaels dinner is indeed fine dining and a real treat for the taste buds. Lastly the staff.
