The room is considered big in Europe with a funny design- upon entrance, we had a closet and minibar, then we had to walk through a "walk way" to get to the bedroom and bathroom The queen size bed was clean and comfortable. There was a sofa, a working desk and chair at the other corner of the room. The flat screen TV was on the desk although we did not get a chance to turn it on. Rooms are generously sized, quiet and most have individual balconies with great views of the gardens and lake. Furnishings are a little dated and the air conditioning struggles, however the rooms are spotless and the bedding more than consistent with Le Meridian standards.
