The guest staff were super friendly, and check-in was very efficient. The room was very nice, with a great TV. Carpeting and linens were in good shape. I like how Holiday Inn Express provides several smaller pillows, each labeled with its level of firmness. We were both able to get a pillow that satisfied our preferences. I also like that Holiday Inn has dispensed with the heavy comforters in favor of a decorative piece. The air conditioner was a through-the-wall unit that was OK, but not great.   "Hotel was great, located on the edge of town..but close to walmart and highway. Pool and Jacuzzi were nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was yummy with lots of good selections. Freah cookies in the lobby in the afternoin were a nice touch."
