  "I had a great stay at the Grand Silverland in late April. I booked an executive room and upon arriving at the hotel following the complementary airport transfer I was taken straight to the room for check in to be done there. The room itself was huge and had an enormous bed, with an equally big bat..."hroom! The room was well maintained and kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping staff. Breakfast each morning was good, with a really good variety of local and western foods available. I really enjoyed the roof top pool, although it was quite small, the view from there was amazing, and it was great to head up there in the afternoon after a morning's sightseeing in the heat. The only tiny criticism is that it could do with a few more sun loungers, although there's not much space to put too many more! The location was also great, just a short walk from most of the sights in HCMC, with loads of places to eat nearby, ranging from cheap street food vendors to top end restaurants. If... " More >

If you want a nice hotel - within walking distance to all the major attractions in this beautiful city I am happy to recommend the Sheraton.
