  "I've been visiting Mindoro for years, and finding a good place to stay have always been a challenge, to say the least. So it was quite a surprise to find a nice place in the middle of Mindoro. So considering everything, I'm giving this one an above average rating. While it's not exactly Bali, the..." place is very pleasant. Mindoro can be scorching, particularly in the summer. But the pathways were shaded with trellis, there are cabanas you can hang out in. It's pretty OK. However, I think they need to review how they estimate how many people can comfortably fit in a room. We were shown a room good for 4, but it was too small for 4 adults to share. I think, for its size, it's a triple sharing, at best. So we opted for the Ordinary Room, supposedly for 8 people--but it comes with 2 double beds and a sofa. Not exactly comfortable for 8, but comfortable for 4. The food is OK.
