The bathroom was one of the nicest (outside the big hotels) that I have seen in Managua. The pool immaculately clean. But what really sets this hotel apart is the food. Owned and run by an Italian couple, the hotel boasts a super Italian restaurant which feels like it´s in Italy; where the owner greets you at your table, and then lovingly prepares your meal for you. And breakfast is a European treat with softly scrambled eggs (they typically love them scrambled hard as nails here in Nicaragua), cold cuts and a soft, sugared croissant.
