Staff in general are nice and efficient, but they speak very little English. My first room was small (2012) but when I changed I got really a nice and large room (2904) on the opposite side. The bathroom was large and modern, with bathtub and shower. I found that room service (open until 11:30 pm) has more options with local and international cuisine than the lunch buffet at the restaurant. The gym on the 6th floor is open from 6am to 11pm and is very good. All in all a positive experience. " More >

  "When we arrived we were told that there was a power failure affecting the whole street. The hotel said that they have their own generator so it would be ok. The generator is not that big so a few things did not work. They kept the lights off in most public places including the lobby. There was no ..."AC and the shower water was not really hot. Considering the price of the room, we complained to the front desk and asked for a discount. They offered 15%. We aid that it was not enough. They called later and offered a 50% discount which we accepted. Towels are thick and mattress is soft, signs of a good hotel. There was free wifi which is exceptional in that part of the world. They also had a fancy toilet with a heated seat and bidet functions. We had to catch a 9am flight and breakfast only starts at 8am so we have no idea if it is any good. The work desk was a long shelf positioned directly at the window. It provided sufficient space, but only one combi power outlet. There was also a comfortable and adjustable office chair. There only seemed to be a fixed internet connection though, no Wi-Fi. That is fine with me, but something to keep in mind. The internet was complimentary and fast enough for my needs. The TV had several international channels, including National Geographic and HBO, but the quality was rather poor.
