The location of this hotel is quite good being reasonably close to the chitose train station and close to a large Aeon department store which wa..."s great for supplies. There are also a number of restaurants along the road. Our stay included breakfast which was good and we found the staff helpful. We used the free bus transfer to the airport which was great though when we arrived we had to make our way to the hotel as the next hotel bus was 4 hours away. Luckily the hotel is reasonably close to the train station so we caught the train and walked the few blocks. Finally we were charged a larger nightly rate on check out even though we had booked the rooms on their own website, luckily I had printed out the original booking so the problem was quickly fixed.
