  "We spent 2 nights in Rivendell with another couple in late April. We arrived by rental car from the Arenal area, skirting Lake Arenal with a stop en route at the Volcano Brewing Co. The treehouse was great with a large upstairs living area and two bedrooms downstairs. King size beds and nice bathrooms in each bedroom and another small bath upstairs. I have to note that the honor bar was nice to have and extremely reasonable, $2 beer or $11 bottle of wine, it's great when your comfort and convenience isn't abused. The views were superb whether looking down the mountainside or into the forest. We had a load of laundry done for us while we stayed for $10 which enabled us to pack lighter too. Sleeping and waking right inside of the park was an amazing experience, sounds unlike any I had ever heard before, an indescribable symphony.
