  "Finding this place was like hitting a jackpot. As a nature lover I was impressed by the location of the hostel. It's in the middle of the forrest but still very close to the town of Montezuma (maybe 100m). Abbie the owner and her boyfriend Yonni were really friendly and helpful so was the rest of th..."e staff. I slept in a 4 bed dorm which was a bit small but since I only used it to sleep I didn't really care about it. From the balcony on the 1st floor you can relax, read a book from hostel's library or just observe the wildlife. There are groups of white faced monkeys, howler monkey families, curious white-throated magpie-jay birds, iguanas etc.. Every morning we got a really good breakfast which is prepared with love by two friendly ladies. At the reception they sell two kinds of local beer (brewed in Montezuma) which every beer lover HAS TO try. The property also offers a luxury dorm and cabins.   "First of all, Montezuma is one of our favorite places in Costa Rica, and we stayed the two first nights in the "center" of Montezuma right across from the town bar, during the night there was a lot of noises both from the music and the monkeys running around on the roof. It didn't really bother us, ..."but once we found YLANG YLANG, we immediately checked us in there. We found the hotell by walking on the beach. The hotel its situated 10 minutes from the town center, and its not a problem to walk, either on the beach or on a small road. The location is wonderful! You get a jungle feeling, as the location is built around a jungle with wild animals such as monkeys, armadillos, iguanas etc (you can never see enough animals there!) The staff was there to welcome us with a welcome dring and was so profesional and caring and caring during our stay.
