  "We have gone Ocean Park four times now. This time we came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday . The arrangements was nice . The cake and decorations were beautiful. Excellent accommodation, and the staff were so polite & attentive. But there was some north Indian tourists who makes always make..."s noisy and trouble to the hoteliers which makes us little disturbance on the second day . This time it takes little delay for Breakfast ,but all other things are perfect . For us nothing can compare having your own balcony right on the beach, with only a few feet of soft sand and the waves. To sleep with the windows wide open and the constant rhythm of waves makes us feel like a heaven. Thank you again, to everyone of you at Ocean park for a most memorable birthday and stay.   "We stayed at this property for 3 days in May, this year. Initially we were sceptical as neither of us had heard about it but from the moment we stepped into the hotel, all our worries were set aside by the courteous and ever smiling staff members. The room, Arabian sea facing room, was spacious with..." a huge balcony that had a lovely view of the sea at a distance and the serene pool below. Their restaurant, Catamaran is very popular and rightfully so. Dont forget to ask for Grilled Sea Bass with garlic butter sauce, which was delectable. They also had a recreation centre beside the pool to keep the kids engaged. All i wish they kept the pool open till 8pm (currently they only keep it open from 8am to 7pm) given the hot weather which would have been a blessing.   "There isn't much wrong with the Niraamaya but it does seem to miss something. The room we had, which was at the back of the resort, was completely self contained in it's own walled area of the grounds. This gave us maximum privacy but did mean we had no view to speak of. The rooms are really lovel..."y and very spacious and I especially liked the semi outdoor bathrooms, they are a really nice touch but may not be to every bodies liking. The swimming pool is nice but quite small and it doesn't take much for it to get quite full, for the price, I would really have expected something a bit larger. The restaurants and food are nice and I could live on the tiger prawns alone but it is a bit pricey. There are alternative dining options such as a private dining experience which involve a selection of lobster, crab and prawns but the price is sky high and probably not worth it. The staff are attentive and try really hard to meet your every need but it somehow felt a bit false, I could be doing... " More >
