Having the patio to sit out on was a welcome feature. The breakfast was absolutely delicious - up there with the best I have eaten at any B..." & B. I had the salmon and scrambled eggs the first morning and the full english the second - superb! Just the ticket for sorting out a fuzzy head the morning after a wedding. That's not to mention the generous quantities of fruit, croissants, tea coffee, biscuits etc.. and other treats that were provided. Jacqui and her partner couldn’t have been more helpful, telling us about the local area and making sure everything was going well. Plus, Rotherfield House is located right in the middle of idyllic Lyme Regis, a mere 5 minute walk to the front. Perfect! If you are looking for a B & B in the area, look no further. " More >

  "We stayed at the wonderful Rotherfield house for two nights in May this year. We booked the patio room after reading the brilliant reviews. On the day of our arrival we parked in the private off-road car park and were greeted with a very warm welcome by Jacqui the owner. The Patio room was so lovely, clean and modern with everything you would expect from a luxury hotel; HD Television with DVD, Wi-Fi, mini fridge etc… It was the little touches that made the stay so pleasant – the extra treats that were offered with the tea and coffee making facilities were very yummy! The breakfast was simply superb, cooked to perfection with such a wide choice food options. The best part is you are served breakfast either in your room or if you prefer on your private patio in the lovely morning sunshine.
