The room had a double bed and a single bed that could be enlarged to take two people, but as there were only two of us, we found the room large and spacious. The bath room, which was modern and had a walk-in shower that provided lots of hot water, enjoyed the sun for most of the day. Towels and bed linen were of good quality. We ate in the hotel, although we did visit other pubs with a view to ‘eating out’, but decided that the Red Lion was the best bet.
