"Have stayed at the Tahir on several trips to Kano over the past 6 years and it feels like home when you go through the gates. The hotel is secure and safe. The rooms are comfortable and clean, there's a good gym, and the internet is reliable. Great staff who are always very helpful and friendly. D..."ecent buffet, but order the delicious Lebanese food off the menu...the buffet can get tiresome after a while...
Some maintenance needed on the showers, but if you have any problems, the staff will quickly sort it out.

"At times like these, security is the only thing that really matters in a Kano hotel. The room key ...

"The first thing that strikes you, and then assaults your mind about TAHIR or TGP is the breathtaking and lavish use of space! But once you settle in, the ambience is empowering! It's got amazing facility..the restaurant, friendly room service and the gym..which has got an amazing trainer and then a ..."wonderful manager who humbly prefers to refer to himself as a housekeeper! Everybody at TGP seems respectful. Tastefully furnished in soothing color schemes with wifi (internet connectivity)..the rooms (at least the ones I stayed in) would make you feel like royalty! TGP at night feels like a small quiet city..safe and secure. I've stayed there twice and if I visit again, it would likely be Tahir again!
