Everything in the home worked great and since it was cold we used the wood stove and there was plenty of wo..."od available. We enjoyed the hiking in the area and stopped by a local winery. We agreed it was one of the most relaxing and fun trips we have taken, (we camp and travel often) and the place was accommodating for our dogs. Since it was raining when we first got there and knew our dogs would get wet and muddy, we brought old sheets with us and covered the couches and beds, this worked perfect and made our final clean up easy. A very large patio is available for events. You can swim fish, hike, or just have a great picnic in the forest at one of the two lakes or many riverfront spots real close by.
