  "It was my husband & I`s first B&B experience, and we loved it. Of course, the Featherbed Railroad is unique. We stayed in the La Loose caboose, the little naughty New Orleans-style one. The caboose was clean, interesting, and had a bunch of fun information, as we arrived. We were there to celebrate ..."my stepson`s high school graduation, and have a bit of a vacation at the same time. We arrived past the 7 p.m. check in, but called Peggy (owner with her husband Tony). They left the key in our caboose, along with the rental contract. We saw them at breakfast the next morning. Peggy and Tony are gracious hosts. It felt like we were visiting friends instead of staying at a resort. The breakfasts were delicious, the service awesome, the room comfortable and fun, and the scenery relaxing. The theme cabooses give you your own private rooms, on beautiful grounds, just across the street from Clear Lake. You can walk across to the private Featherbed dock and watch the parade of birds, ducks, gee... " More >
