  "We travel from Wa to Az in winter. We had a fav place we stayed...but when we joined the BW rewards program we changed to this one in Susanville. Best night sleep we had the entire trip. Great bed, pillows. Liked the remodeling in the bath with the fresh tiling etc. not crazy about the artwork, but ..."not a deal breaker anyway. We missed the breakfast, but the area looked clean and well organized. Comfy bed for sure. Morale of the story, don't get in a rut staying at the same place reach out, cause you may not know what you are missing. " More >

  "great place to stay this was a weekend stay for two days the customer service was excellent also the breakfast was good they had a variety for breakfast I also liked that there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room it was very comfortable for the weekend stay"

  "We stayed two nights in this establishment with a small group and two rooms. Therefore, I have a good idea of what this place has to offer. One room was a double queen suite and the other a king suite. The rooms were extremely well appointed and very, very clean. They were also spacious and comforta..."ble. I can't say enough about how nice the rooms were - they exceeded our expectations! Everything worked perfectly. The price was very reasonable, a good wi-fi connection was obtained, and they provided a nice breakfast in the lobby. The facility is clean, has a very large parking area, and stores are only a short distance away. The staff were the best. They were very professional and helpful. Thanks go out to Heather and Danielle for their great customer service skills. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would return here without hesitation. " More >
