The conference facilities, food and beverage quality and service for the group was top notch. On the personal side, my room was spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and clean. The grounds were also suitably tropical and well maintained. I got the shore-side view but you can't win 'em all. I've seen some reviewers complain that the Ritz is somewhat isolated from the glitz and buzz of Miami and Miami Beach. For me, that was actually a plus, particularly for a business conference. My only beefs with the weekend were that check-in seemed unreasonably slow and unorganized and elevator capacity and speed seem lacking.   "The service was phenomenal and the hotel was very clean as you would expect with the Ritz brand. We decided to stay here because of the tennis faculity and had a blast..however if you're looking hotel only in Miami I would recommend the Four seasons or the JW Marriott on brickle."

  "wife and I stayed for 2 nights in the club level island double room. What a great hotel., the service was great, the food was fantastic, the pools were beautiful, the bed was very comfortable. We found nothing wrong. When I was in the gym the attendant came with cold water; when I was in the spa...", they came with juice. The food in the club lounge was also great. The beach is on the property and the water was clean and the 2 pools were clean and very warm. The room was very quiet and everything worked well. thank you for a great get-a-way. " More >
