  "I am sitting in 15 Sea Place as I write this review. The property is very clean just as the other RVP rentals we have had in the past. The location is perfect! We have a 3 and a 6 year old and we can walk to the shops, lighthouse, park, restaurants and most importantly it is right on the beach. The ..."kitchen is well stocked and the house has newer tvs/dvd players than some of the houses we have rented before. The hammock is perfect for relaxing and reading in the shade! My husband and I liked the decor on the second floor. The decks are a good size and have adequate seating. We also brought our 5 month old lab mix puppy with us and she loved it. I will say this was the first house we rented that was pet friendly and you would never know it. There were no signs/smells that another pet had ever been here!   "My better half and I stayed at the SGI for our anniversary. It's all about expectations when it comes to reviewing things like this, and this place lived up to what I was looking for. Our stay was dampened by the weather, but we made the best of it. When you leave a beach trip still satisfied after ..."only getting 6 hours of sunny time during an entire weekend, the hotel did its job. The SGI is conveniently located, immediately off the bridge and thus right in the heart of anything you want to go do on the island. The room was clean, but not spotless. As a housekeeping manager, I tend to find a spot or two anywhere; so to the undiscerning eye, you'd find nothing wrong. They have direcTV, the beds my girlfriend liked but were a little stiff for my taste, and there is a little grocery store almost connected to the property. There's no noise issues, and the staff was non-intrusive and friendly when called upon. Again, no 5 star service, but its not like the advertising says its a Ritz Carlto... " More >

  "This review doesn't talk about the experience of being at St. George Island, other than to say; if you've been here, you know you'll be back... I've stayed in several of these 300 Ocean Mile condo's over the years, and this one is among the better ones. This condo is clean and pretty well maintai..."ned, just keep in mind it's dog friendly so there's a little wear and tear to be expected. Everything works, A/C blows cold, fridge keeps things cold and has an ice maker, beds and linens are in good condition (linens courtesy of management company Resort Vacations,) nice washer / dryer, relatively new dishwasher. The blinds and curtains work, good water pressure, bathroom facilities in good condition. We never could get the DVD player to work, but it was nice having HBO and other premium channels. Internet access speeds are DSL so you can check email, check websites, I even participated in a GoToMeeting conference, but don't expect anything but basic download speeds. Nice end unit with...
